Pets – Lemmikit – Lemmikkineläin

Pets can be called “lemmikki” (lemmikit) or “lemmikkieläin” (lemmikkieläimet). Did you know that, in Finnish cities, it’s fairly normal to “walk your cat”? The outdoors are not considered safe, so the cat gets escorted by its human in a harness (valjaat).
